BREAKING: Middletown Hotel Manager Admits to Document Forgery in Sworn Court Testimony A local legal battle has taken a shocking turn in Monmouth County. During a judicial proceeding on March 20, 2026 (Case No. MON-LT-000494-26), the General Manager of the Extended Stay America (Middletown/Red Bank), Robert C. Murtagh, admitted under oath that a signature on a key residency document was NOT the handwriting of the guest. This admission of forgery comes amid a broader investigation into the facility’s business practices, including documented allegations of: • Criminal Forgery: Presenting unauthorized signatures as binding legal contracts. • Invasion of Privacy: Unauthorized entries into guest living spaces without notice or emergency justification. • Health & Safety Violations: Reports of biohazards and substandard conditions on the premises. The guest involved, a disabled veteran and mother to a minor with a 504 plan, has since filed formal reports with the BBB Scam Tracker, the Middletown Health Department, and major global lenders including Citibank and Deutsche Bank. "This is no longer just a housing dispute; it is a documented fraud upon the court," the whistleblower stated. A criminal report is currently being filed with the Middletown Police Department. #MiddletownNJ #RedBankNJ #ConsumerAlert #ExtendedStayAmerica #VeteranRights #MonmouthCounty

Tori Benefield

Urgent Appeal: Meet, Sgt. Henry Benefield, 78 year old, 100% disabled combat veteran with 24 years of Army service (including two Vietnam tours and two Bronze Stars), was wrongfully jailed in Floyd County, GA, on December 3rd. Released after a 'status hearing' before Johnson on December 11th, 2025. He suffers from severe disassociative ptsd resulting in seizure like panic attacks, severe confusion, and sheer panic. He was held in contempt of court for the 2nd time, by Floyd County Superior Court Judge Bryan Johnson regarding a civil divorce matter with no bond, and a purge-fee of $223,662. That fee is his now ex-wifes' payoff awarded to her in divorce court in June 2025. The total includes: 'equitable distribution of property as compensation' $173,500, arrears in alimony $22,358, and her attorney fee's $15,000; Johnson also awarded her alimony payments for the rest of HER life. This comes after Mr. Benefield found out his, now ex-wife, exploited their bank account from 2018-2022, taking $289,000 without his knowledge, and Judge Johnson has yet to hear his side of the story or see his substantial evidence. Johnson has disregarded his Military service, accused Mr. Benefield of faking his conditions, denied representation of his legal court appointed guardian, and discredited his longstanding psychiatrist of 34 years' testimony. Mr. Benefield, his handicapped brother-77 yrs old, his son, daughter-in-law & legal guardian, and their two children still face eviction, and losing his property plus personal belongings to auction, and being put out in the streets, if the amount is not paid by the next hearing. I am actively seeking to have his story told. He deserves peace, justice, and to not live in fear for the rest of his life. I will attach the story through uploaded videos on my tiktok account. Please pray and show him some support. He is a decorated combat veteran!! This man, my father-in-law, my bestfriend, is my hero! #JusticeForVeterans #VeteranRights
