Governor Katie Hobbs has signed a new law allowing businesses to round cash transactions to the nearest 5 cents as pennies begin disappearing from circulation. So what does that mean for you? 👉 If you pay with cash: Totals ending in 1¢, 2¢, 6¢, or 7¢ → rounded down Totals ending in 3¢, 4¢, 8¢, or 9¢ → rounded up Totals ending in 0¢ or 5¢ → stay the same � https://www.azfamily.com 👉 If you pay with a card or digitally: Nothing changes.
