Found a Mysterious White "+" on My Car. Should I Be Worried?

I just noticed something weird on my car and I have no idea what it is. There is a small white plus sign drawn on the left headlight. I do not remember seeing it there before. I got my oil changed about a month ago and that is the only work I have had done on the car recently. I have no clue if they did this or why. It is really strange.
