Justin Guerra+FollowDoes "delivery to the door" just not apply if there are stairs involved now?I usually order about four cases of water at a time since it lasts me a few weeks and I have never really had an issue until recently. I just had a baby a couple of days ago so I am stuck at home, and literally cannot carry heavy things right now. My shopper Jonny messaged me saying the order was too heavy and he wanted me to come down to get it or he was just going to leave it on the stairs.. I understand that multiple cases of water and soda are heavy but that is exactly why I paid for a delivery service in the first place! I always tip well after the job is actually done. But now it feels like some drivers expect a huge tip upfront before they even decide if they want to do their job properly. It is so frustrating because if you are physically unable to complete a delivery you should probably just pass the order to someone else instead of lecturing the customer. #DeliveryFails #Instacart #NewMomLife #GroceryDelivery #BadServiceStories 00Share
