I’m a Christian.
Not because I never feel alone.
Some seasons the loneliness hits hard — even in a crowded room, even when I’m doing “all the right things.”
The quiet nights when doubts creep in and it feels like no one really sees the weight I’m carrying.
But then Jesus whispers the promise that changes everything:
‘Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age’ (Matthew 28:20).
Not sometimes. Always.
When the valley feels dark and long, I hear, ‘Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me’ (Psalm 23:4).
He doesn’t remove the valley — He walks it with me.
And even when my outer self feels like it’s wasting away, my inner self is being renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16).
The things I see are temporary.
The unseen — His faithful presence — is eternal.
So I keep showing up.
Not perfectly, but honestly.
I keep talking to Him like He’s right here (because He is).
I keep trusting that the God who sees me in secret is the same One who will never leave.
If you’re feeling unseen or alone right now
You’re not.
The One who knows every hidden tear is closer than your next breath.
He’s walking with you.
He’s renewing you.
He’s enough for this moment, and every moment after.
You’re never truly alone.
He’s with you. Always.
