Loaded Breakfast Burrito

A perfect grab-and-go breakfast. High-protein, filling, and customizable. Great for meal prep too. Ingredients: 2 large flour tortillas, 3 eggs, 2 breakfast sausages (crumbled), ½ cup shredded cheddar, ½ cup diced potatoes or hash browns, salsa, salt, pepper, oil. How to make: Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Remove. Add oil and fry potatoes until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs and scramble them in the same pan. Warm the tortillas. Layer potatoes, eggs, sausage, and cheese. Add salsa on top. Roll tightly: fold the sides in, then roll from the bottom up.
