Another unforgettable traumatic experience at doctors office in Beaumont!

#HelpNeeded I have been on this app asking for help finding a competent lawyer and I really need one ASAP because guess what happened to me on the 22nd when I went to my pcp in Beaumont I was trying to see if all the doctors out here are negligent and incompetent so I went in for my visit and it was for my lab results so as she Tiffany larnette was reading my results she said “ don’t play with my money and I was baffled so long story short she didn’t get paid for some reason and she then prescribed me some medicine that i should not be taking it can kill me , I was in shock and I reported her to my health plan and the medical board!!! She messed with the wrong one!!! I want to sue her too because she knew that med can kill me. So will anyone help me find a lawyer?#NeedALawyerNow

I went in to have my gallbladder out. in the OR room they overdosed me on fentanyl and had to be blue bag and was in the imc unit for 6 days with pneumonia. almost died. called an attorney, cannot sue a doctor unless you die, which means the family can sue, but not you even though you suffered, lost wages from not being able to work.

Almost impossible to sue a doctor. In 1994 I had a botched hysterectomy. Almost died. Did see a lawyer. A week later she calls me back in. says theres no case. He covered it up someway. 2 weeks ago I had a botched arteriogram where my femoral artery was cut and I was rushed to surgery ending up in ICU. Not even going to try to sue. Lawyers and Dr's are together in the good ole boy network. They have each other's back.

when g bush was gov of tx. he rewrote tx law to favor doctors. try not to feel to bad, there are a few of us walking around who have really gotten screwed.

From what I've learned since working in the healthcare field in Beaumont, you must travel to Houston if you truly give a damn about yourself. Most of what I've seen in Beaumont are Nurse Practitioners and not enough Doctors. Sounds like you just need to head to Houston from now on.
