WOW, I seem to have pissed off alot of people with some comments I made concerning Erika Kirk. Let me start by saying, Yes, we all handle/process grief differently, each of us. Now, how many of you have been thru what she is going thru, by that I mean how many of you are widows/widowers? I am a widow!!! How many of you have lost a loved one to gun violence, specifically? Again, I have. Since not one of you thought to look me up in Newsbreak, I'll clue y'all, I'm the author of Just another child of God and in that post is a testimonial, I'm a victim of senseless gun violence about 40 yrs ago. I my new found friends am now going to get real, my 1st husband was gunned down in his truck back in the 80's so yeah, I know EXACTLY HOW SHE SHOULD BE FEELING, RAGE AND ANGER!!! How dare someone take him. My husband's has NEVER BEEN SOLVED!!! SO I ask, who the hell are you to assume I'm being judgemental? No, I'm being real. God only took my rage abt the time I almost had a heart attack. I was 21!!!! I lost our son 3 mos later. Now I don't care how many of you will be shocked. Erika Kirk knows who killed her husband and one thing about widows/widowers, God takes care of us, but did any of you even stop to think before you attacked me? I forgive each one of you, you didn't know I share that with her. You can't possibly know unless you walk in that person's shoes and I have and did and came out a lot stronger than most, but after all, I'm just another child of God. Judgement is for the Father, so why did some of you ask me about being judgemental when in next breath you judged me? Very Christian of you all. I'm not being judgemental if her, I'm being real and I'm not the only one. Some of you may want to apologize for this, that's fine, I'll tell ya now, again I forgive each of you. It takes a better person to admit forgiveness, which she did on national television. I'm sorry for pissing you off, but not what I said. Happy Holidays to each of you.

I wish I could spend Christmas with someone this year. I’m all alone.

We as human's should all treat one another with respect, kindness and compassion and most of all love and forgiveness no matter the color or race to make this life one that we shall never forget

I'm thankful for GOD waking me up this morning to see another Thanksgiving Holiday that wasn't promised I'm thankful for GRACE AND MERCY that he has bestowed upon us I'm grateful for LIFE, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND HEALTH, I'm grateful to GOD because he continues to keep us and bless us in spite of all our shortcomings because at the end of the day he owes us nothing he gave his perfect only begotten son JESUS sent to this earth to die for our sins and that's more than enough to be thankful for, I'm also thankful for the vessel that GOD has chosen to create this awesome platform I always share with people that this platform helps me in many ways I look forward to reading the daily posts because there shared a the right time and I have added this to my daily studies and for that I'm grateful. ALL THE GLORY HONOR AND THE PRAISE BELONGS TO YOU GOD!! 🙏

I survived being kidnapped and sexually abused by a neighbor at 3 years of age. He also drowned me. I escaped after twelve hours … it is amazing how these experiences alter one’s life, yet the will to survive is so strong that I am grateful I am alive. He died in prison at the hands of another inmate when I was seventeen years old. The worst was there was no justice for me as I could not testify properly and he got off, later raping others until he was caught. I hated him for the pain he caused me and my family. I think we can survive any trauma. I am unsure if I forgive the monster. I am now seventy three years old and I help others who have been abused … it keeps me halfway sane. Perhaps because he died I feel some sort of relief, yet I have mixed feelings about what really should have been done to him. I only know that I believe in God and this gives me some comfort, some solace.

Lord, I pray for my family. I pray for their safety, health happiness and well-being. Although ww may not be together I still love them and wish them the best. My heart does ache for them. I pray for them in Jesus name...Amen. #PrayForMyFamily
