I wash my hair a few times a week and brush it most days. I don't use any hair dye or products at all. I lose a lot of strands when I brush, but my hair is super thick and long so I always thought that was normal. The weird part is that twice in the last five months, I've been running my fingers through my hair and pulled out these strange clumps. It doesn't hurt when it happens.
