Can Black People Be Racist, Or Are We Using The Wrong Definition? This phrase gets repeated often, but most people argue before they define the word. When some people say Black people cannot be racist, they are usually talking about racism as a system. That definition means prejudice backed by power. WHITE MEN, therefore ONLY WHITE MEN can administer REVENGE"Legally" ,even white women have to appeal to white men for "JUSTICE" for only they can UTILIZE VIOLENCE to enforce "JUSTICE"! They have NEVER FREELY GIVEN US A DAMN THING, We always had to FIGHT for it.
