Garlic Butter Steak Bites
This recipe turns cheap steak cuts into a restaurant-level dish. Tender, juicy, full of garlic and butter flavor—perfect with rice, pasta, or salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak (cut into cubes), salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp butter, 4 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tsp paprika, chopped parsley.
How to make:
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil in a hot skillet. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side—don’t overcrowd.
Remove steak. Add butter to the pan. When melted, add garlic and cook for 20–30 seconds. Return steak to the pan and toss in the garlic butter.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
