SHOCKING ARREST AT TENNESSEE HOSPITAL Murfreesboro police have arrested a 25 year old nurse accused of se*xually assaulting a patient at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Investigators say Tyler Butcher was taken into custody at his home just after 9 p.m. on Friday. Butcher is facing multiple charges including kidnapping, se*xual battery, prevention of emergency services and indecent exposure. He was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on a fourteen thousand dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in court on February 5. Ascension Saint Thomas confirmed that Butcher has been fired and said the hospital is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients, visitors and staff.
