Larissa wilson+FollowSNAP Benefits — Real Voices on Real Policies Is the system fair, or does it need to change? SNAP supports millions of Americans, yet its fairness and impact are constantly debated. For some families, it means survival. For others, it raises questions about cost, responsibility, and who truly needs help. As living expenses rise, SNAP has become more than a safety net — it’s a reflection of how we share public resources and how we define fairness. Here, we’re not here to argue sides — we’re here to listen. Share your story, your frustration, or your hope. Let’s rethink SNAP together.#SNAP #FoodAssistance #SocialPolicy #RealStories #CommunityVoices #EconomicJustice #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk10Share
Chryl Davis+FollowMy Honey OpinionI am 65, disabled and I get 114$ from SNAP. I also grow my own veggies and herbs. I appreciate the help but, I know people are commiting fraud and I think we should have to show our DL or ID when using our cards. Children, Elderly and Disabled people are who I think should be getting SNAP. I was in Walmart and I overheard some people saying "We will just steal what we need" , I am shocked because they were able bodied people who can work. I would love to work. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk31Share
D'on Waltermire+FollowSnap and Medicaid should be a temporary help not lifetime. In my opinion Welfare is the new plantation. You are owned by the government so therefore they control you. Your life depends on them. Not a successful place to be. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk40Share
4empathy+FollowThe unfortunate need SNAPSnap is needed for so many people: disabled, elderly folks, children in low income families. Now especially when thousands of people losing their jobs it’s a very necessary “lifeline “ It’s a very cruel inhumane thing to cut it off. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk90Share

Franklin Kellogg, Sr.+FollowSNAP is a Necessary Program for Those That are Experiencing Poverty and Should be coupled with Government "Skill" Training mainly The Trades Carpentry, Construction, Electronics, etc, also Financial Literacy. Repairing The Country Infrastructure will Keep The Country Busy for a Long time. Those Experiencing Poverty can Work Themselves Out of Poverty and The SNAP Program. Do Not Privatize The Program because a Small Few will Benefit from The Program Propositionally. The Government has Two (2) Ledgers Taxes and Monetary Easement (Money That Never Run Out) should be The Payroll for The Program(s). Enforce The Laws on The Books for The SANAP Program. elv1429+FollowI truly feel that stopping the food stamps for so many needy people is so sad because it is the children that suffer. As all the politicians and the President sit down to a nice Thanksgiving dinner. Do any of them think of all the families out there that barely have anything to eat no they do not it is a disgrace. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk00Share

James Smith+Follow44 percent of SNAP recipients are white, 22 percent are black, yet on TV interviews the subject is black as to infer' that the largest group of recipients are black. Media should post the numbers and MAYBE then some of this hate will evaporate when white people are made to realize that their shit is brown and stank too!! #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk00Share
