The thought of finally escaping the daily grind is so tempting, but the idea of getting older isn’t exactly thrilling either. My office has become a pressure cooker. There’s constant drama, impossible deadlines, and I feel like I’m running on empty. I keep asking myself: can I really do this for another five years?
