Woke up to a deep cut/scratch after a nightmare😱

Hi everyone, I have had an eye twitching for the last month. My doctor prescribed me Sirdalud (Tizanidine active component). I took the first pill last evening before bed, and I woke up around 2am after having a nightmare (seems side effect from the medicine), and noticed I had a bleeding scratch/cut on my finger. It made me really worried, does anyone know what can cause it? I don’t remember scratching myself obviously and my nails are not so sharp. #DidThatHappen #Nightmares #WeirdFinds
