A fresh wave of flavors is about to hit downtown Libertyville as Kozy prepares to open at the corner of N Milwaukee Ave and School Street. Taking over the old Chrissoulas space, Kozy promises a mix of Korean comfort food and creative cocktails, blending American and Western influences. Owner Jay Lim, who also runs Naomi Sushi in Arlington Heights, is bringing his culinary expertise to the neighborhood.
