The DIA made me believe..

#DoYouBelieve #DidThatHappen Do I believe in ghosts? Well, I most certainly didn’t at first. I started working at the Detroit Institute of arts one of the top art museums in the United States a little over 20 years ago, I no longer work there, but in about my fifth year, I took to working midnight shift there … so on my first night of training for night shift I remember the exact words my supervisor told me as he was showing me the patrol route ..(Don’t bother them and they won’t bother you). 🤔😳 I thought about it for a minute, but quickly dismissed what he was saying … I quickly became comfortable, and once I was done with my nightly assignments ,I would find a spot to relax which was pretty much the same area every night called the night gallery..my supervisor didn’t care as long as the patrols were done … this area had a couch and I carried with me a small amfm radio so I could listen to sports talk or whatever etc…. fast-forward about three months on my normal routine,I had just completed my patrols and got comfortable I had even taken off my shoes and dozed 🥱off a little. suddenly I felt a heaviness on my chest, and I felt myself trying to yell out and get up which wasn’t happening, also it felt as though something was covering my mouth so I could not hear myself yell out … when I came to I ran like hell out of there and did not return anytime soon. That area was completely skipped or I got someone else to do that area for me … there were many other galleries with ancient artifacts, voodoo, spiritism , and all of the like that I still had to walk through at night, but yes until that time I had not believed….

I used to live above a Janissary graveyard in Istanbul. Here’s what happened one night.

Ten years ago, I lived in a tiny old apartment near Taksim Square — built on one of Istanbul’s steepest streets. My back windows didn’t open to a yard like normal... they opened to a graveyard. Just four or five Janissary graves on a hill that was basically unreachable. Creepy, but I didn’t care. Sometimes I’d hear weird noises — cracks, footsteps, bangs — but nothing ever happened. Until one night around 4 a.m., while I was gaming. I suddenly heard a massive bang. Grabbed a knife, searched the house — everything locked, nothing moved. Then I realised I hadn’t checked the bathroom. The door was locked — from the inside. No windows. No vents. Dead centre of the apartment. I freaked out, got my pistol, called the landlady upstairs. She came down with her spare keys. We opened the door… Lights on. Room empty. Later I found out the building was literally on top of an old Janissary graveyard and training ground. Still the weirdest, most unexplainable night of my life. #DidThatHappen #DoYouBelieve #Horror #Unexplained

Ghost child?

What do y’all think this is? This was captured on my aunt’s Ring camera a few nights ago around 8:30 PM. She lives on a rural, dirt road- literally in the middle of nowhere with nothing but farmland. Very few people live out here and the few who do are really old. No children live nearby. The figure running by appears to be no older than 4 or maybe 5. If you listen closely, it makes audible footsteps as it runs. The dogs are clearly alert and barking. The house is over 100 years old, a woman burned to death in the backyard when it was first built. Over the years, the house has been renovated, and several workers spotted the woman’s ghost. Some of them were so spooked that they refused to finish the job. The house always felt eerie to me, even when I was a little kid. I’m by no means a ghost expert, so chime in with your thoughts! #DidThatHappen #DoYouBelieve #Horror #WeirdFinds
