🚨 TOLL BOOTH ATTENDANT KILLED AFTER PICKUP TRUCK SMASHES THROUGH BOOTH AND DRIVES INTO OCEAN 🚨 What started as a normal workday in Daytona Beach ended in a horrifying tragedy Monday afternoon. 💔 Tammie Joe Baker, a longtime Volusia County employee, was killed when authorities say a black Ford F-150 slammed into an occupied beach toll booth, flipping the structure and trapping her inside. Baker was just weeks away from celebrating her 63rd birthday. ⚠️ According to investigators: 👉 the truck crashed directly through the toll booth 👉 the booth was overturned by the impact 👉 the truck continued onto the beach 👉 it eventually drove into the Atlantic Ocean Police say the driver, identified as Deanna Harrell, was detained at the scene and later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Investigators also reported detecting a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.
