Sitting in my car crying over Genesis 16. If you feel invisible today, please read this. I've been feeling completely invisible ately. Unappreciated, overlooked, and just used by the people around me. I kind of broke down in my car today. To find comfort, I opened my Bible app and ended up reading about Hagar. She was a foreign slave, abused by Sarah, used bu Abraham, and then discarded into the deadly desert when things got messy. She was the lowest of the low ir that society-a nobody. But God literally tracked her down in the wilderness. He didn't send an angel; the Angel of the Lord met her personally. And she becomes the ONLY person in theentire Bible to give God a name: El Roi (The God who sees me). God didn't reveal this beautiful, intimate title to a king or a high priest. He gave it to a broken, abused, pregnant runaway in the middle of a wasteland. If you feel like nobody sees your pain, He does. He is El Roi. #EIRoi #GodWhoSees Me #ChristianEncouragement #InvisibleNoMore #Hagar

Forgiveness is not weakness it’s freedom…,💯 Forgiveness is one of the greatest expressions of love and grace. Sometimes the hurt runs deep, and letting go can feel impossible, but God calls us to forgive just as He forgives us. Forgiveness does not mean forgetting the pain—it means surrendering the burden to God and choosing peace over bitterness. When we forgive, our hearts are healed, relationships can be restored, and we make room for God’s love to flow freely in our lives. Today, ask God to give you the strength to release every offense and walk in freedom. 🙏💛 “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” – Ephesians 4:32 #Forgiveness #marriage4lifeinstitute #Faith #Healing #ChristianEncouragement

I’ve been feeling completely invisible lately. Unappreciated, overlooked, and just used by the people around me. I kind of broke down in my car today. God intentionally shrunk Gideon’s army to 300 men (and I finally get why) 🥺

As we end another exhausting week, I was reflecting on how overwhelmed I feel. It seems like I never have enough time, money, or energy to face my daily battles. Then I reread the story of Gideon. He was already terrified, facing an army of 135,000 Midianites. He managed to scrape together 32,000 men. But God essentially said, "That's too many." God systematically stripped Gideon's resources down to just 300 men. God literally orchestrated a mathematical impossibility. Why? So that when the victory came, Israel couldn't boast that their own strength saved them. If you feel completely outmatched and under-resourced right now, you might be exactly where God wants you. He is setting the stage so that His grace is the only explanation for your survival. Take a breath. He’s got this. #FaithOverAnxiety #Gideon #TrustTheProcess #ChristianEncouragement

REAL STORIES

God's response to Eliiah's extreme depression is exactly what I needed today. Going into Monday feeling completely burned out. I was reading 1 Kings 19. Elijah had iust called down fire from heaven and defeated 450 false prophets. The biggest spiritual high ever. But the very next day, he gets a death threat runs into the desert, sits under a tree, and begs God to take his life. He was utterly physically and mentally exhausted And how does God respond to His greatest prophet wanting to quit? He doesn't vell at him. He doesn't preach a sermon about having more faith. God lets him sleep, sends an angel to bake him some fresh bread. and gives him water. Sometimes the most spiritual thing vou can do when vou are overwhelmed is take a nap and eat a good meal. God knows our frames. He knows we are dust Be gentle with yourself today. #MentalHealth #Eliiah #GodsGrace #Burnout #ChristianEncouragement
