Authorities accuse 37-year-old Mark Chandler of Mount Orab of grooming at least five girls — all around 14 years old — and bribing them with Visa gift cards in exchange for sexually explicit images and videos. The investigation began after a California father reported his daughter had been communicating with Chandler since she was 14. Investigators say Chandler used apps including Snapchat, TikTok, Roblox, and Signal to contact victims across multiple states. Court records allege he instructed girls to delete conversations and even threatened one victim with death if she reported him. Federal agents later uncovered additional victims in Texas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and other states.
