I guess I'm trapped in the middle of the world's worst neighborhood love triangle...

When we bought our first house, I wanted to be friendly but also keep my distance. I messed up and actually got to know a few people. Now in our small group of friends, two of my neighbors are in a massive beef. Both of them constantly try to be exclusively my friend, trapping me in the middle like some kind of unwilling reality star. One particular neighbor does not understand boundaries at all. I have told her no repeatedly on simple things, but she just keeps pushing whatever fresh boundary I set up. She is not even my direct neighbor and she is completely up in my business all the time.
