Psalm 120:
1 In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.
2 Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.

Lord, l ask for Your strength to guard my words today. Help me to speak with kindness and truth, reflecting Your love in every conversation. May my soul find peace in Your presence as I strive to communicate Your message of hope to those around me. Teach me to listen and to respond with grace, embodying the spirit of redemption in my interactions. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
