Autistic Employees Outsmart Overconfidence

Turns out, autistic employees are way better at judging their own skills than non-autistic coworkers. A new study found that autistic folks are less likely to fall for the Dunning-Kruger effect (that thing where people overestimate their abilities). Basically, they’re more honest about what they know—and what they don’t.
