When family calls for a mental evaluation they need to take them to the mental facility and calm them down and address his problem NOT cut them loose 24 hrs later. Give them housing and a check to keep them from working. Dr’s need NOT use mental meds as a tool to get them to follow up with non life threatening medical issues. They did and do use my daughter’s medication to get her to do a X-ray my daughter ask for. The Medication is not supposed to be stopped a started. Hold her stomach meds if they have to but not Mental meds because believe me she turns into a very angry, negativity, totally falling apart. We need mental meds reform. When she’s out of medication she could bring their prescription bottle to the Pharmacy or any hospital and have medication right then and there not 3 days later. Imagine taking one’s pain medication from them and they just had major surgery?

We need so many more mental health professionals and clinics. There are too many distressed people who really would benefit from these programs. We need to do better for the innocent as well as the disturbed. Others need to admit that they know some cone who has this illness and they should not be afraid to bring it to light with the proper treatment centers.

I feel like there’s a lot more to this story than we know. Why did he try to kill his step daughter? There’s a lot of abuse in families that we think are happy and normal but as soon as that family is alone the person with the insecurities or sick behavior shows themselves in unimaginable ways. The other members of the family are always to scared to say anything. Then sometimes it escalates to tragedy like this.

I guarantee, they were drinking / drugging. Alcohol will mess up your head! Some people have a Dr. Jekel & Mr. Hide effect! Put the booze in a person with mental illness, they black out and don’t remember a freaking thing! If they’re drinking alcohol and on medication, it’s over! I know, I’ve been there minus the killing 😲🤔🙏🏼Stop drinking!

The republicans only took away that which was not going to the ones that it was supposed to go to! It was going into doneone else’s bank account or pockets!

We don’t think that old demon alcohol was involved in this tragedy, do we, or possibly drugs?
