I was in Dallas for the Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, protesting police brutality. A group was trying to establish a church in a part of Dallas, Texas, but didn’t know how to connect with the Black American community. They were surprised to learn that an African was leading the protest. After the event, one member of their group told me they wanted to speak with me. I told them I was traveling back on Monday. They told me, right to my face, that I was sent to help Bishop Adebayo establish a church in Dallas. Those people had a vision, and they took me along to help build a church that provides services far beyond the traditional.
