A lot of people describe Jesus as soft-spoken and comforting, and sure, there’s truth in that. But when I read about him, I see someone who made people uncomfortable. He challenged authority, flipped tables, and said things that didn’t sit well with the powerful. That part gets glossed over sometimes. Jesus wasn’t just about peace — he was about truth, even when it caused conflict. He sided with the poor, the sick, the overlooked, and that made others angry.
