Oh Shut Up!!!! Stearns is in Over His Head and his reluctance to grab quality pitching last year was the Beginning Of The End! His moves this year prove he’s Lost! I have No Confidence in him and I’m Too Old to hear “Give him some time, he’ll get it done” NO HE’S NOT! Three of the most Popular players Gone because Stearns “Vision” is obviously Cloudy, same as Mets Future 🙄

The problem is that Cohen and Stearns have so much money tied up in Lindor and Soto, there was no way they were keeping Diaz, Alonso around. Now you have other potential free agents signing elsewhere cause there is way too much blatant and obvious dysfunction within the Mets organization. Take my word the Mets are such an utter disaster this off-season that they won't be able to field a competitive team in 2026. The LA Dodgers on the other hand just keep loading and reloading by signing top-tier players and pitchers outside the organization and keeping several homegrown players. Spending money is nothing to them. That's why they keep showing up in the playoffs year after year.
