the 14th was to make slaves and children of slaves citizens. the author if the bill specifically said kids born here from aliens didn’t count. its in the minutes from discussing the bill prior to the vote. also indians were not made citizens under the 14th. it was a separate act that makes them citizens. if the 14th meant everyone born here then you wouldn’t have had to make the indian citizenship act of 1924.

I don't give a shit what the executive order says. Executive orders DO NOT override the constitution, or get to disagree with the supreme court's interpretations. He doesn't get to do whatever he wants.
