Don’t waste money on a trainer. Just give her time and lots of attention, love, cuddles,walks and play time. They need to be occupied just like a small child. They need to be stimulated, their minds thinking. She’ll be fine. She’s wondering where she’s going next, tell her she’s got a home, she’s not going anywhere! Good luck. She’s beautiful ♥️❣️💕

I rescued a high anxiety dog. You don't need a trainer. Patience, a calm voice, positive reinforcment and routine is the key. 6 months ago she showed her anxiety by chewing on her blanket and being affraid to do anything, was very insecure about what she was supposed to be doing, even being a dog. Now, she knows in and out, sit, wait, dinner, has totally quit chewing on her blanket, rolls over for tummy rubs and asks for attention. She gets along great with my other dog now.That's a lot of progress for her. So keep the things above in mind when your dealing with your anxious dog. It just takes time.
