that is a shame.Thiscompany can do that and keep ripping customers off.I had my services for 35 years.They said they were updating our services.Anf promised us the bill would not go up and we could keep our same features at no extra charge That was a lie. I told them their services were not going to work in the rural areas.They sent their service man out anyway.Ehrn he got here,hr had no mask on.But the service did not work.Out bill went up and we could not afford to pay it,so we had our landlines. phones cut off.Thr bill was too high.They are in a lawsuit,so they are adding higher prices to offset the lawsuit.Thats not right
