I'm not sure why everybody is complaining about the high prices? I bought a 21 lb turkey at Meijer for 49 cents a pound with no requirement to spend an additional $25 as some places do.. and all the side fixings potatoes, cranberry, beans etc. was all under $20. I'm all in right around $30 dollars to feed 7 people and im sure there will be left overs. It pays to shop around and plan ahead to take advantage of sales if you're able to. At any rate, happy and safe holidays to all! #HolidayPriceShock

Two weeks before Thanksgiving here in Washington state I bought two turkeys for eight dollars each so these were 1415 pound birds. And they went up in price the next week and then they went up in price again.
