First of all you can't buy Pizza from a Pizza Place with Food Stamps. 2nd of all it's nobody's business if they used Stamps for a Birthday Party as long as they don't ask for money for donations or money to help out the family. 3rd They aren't selling tickets to make money or having liquor at this party that we know of. 4th EBT or Human Services needs to update their policy on how and what can be used with EBT. Each State is different and now the Policy's are being re-written. Start reading the "FINE" "PRINT".
