For cancer survivors, what was the one symptom that finally sent you to the doctor? I am especially stressed right now because my own mother found a lump in her breast and she is absolutely refusing to go see a doctor about it. I have a terrible feeling about it, and I am worried sick that it could be breast cancer. One of the hardest things to do is accept someone else's decisions about their own health. You can cry, plead, beg--but in the end, it's all up to her. I just hope she changes her mind before it's too late. Blessings, no matter what.💕

I am 74 and discovered a lump in March. Diagnosed April 1st with Stage 3b with lymph node involvement Invasive breast cancer. Underwent chemo followed by double mastectomy and now am NED. Was rough but not horrible during chemo, being free of the cancer is priceless. For me reading about breast cancer patients end of life suffering convinced me to undergo treatment. I am so glad I chose treatment.
