It DOES need to be limited. People abuse this so much. I see it everyday. It’s pathetic. NY Strip Steak, Meat, Sushi, Shrimp, Fish. They should limit them. Like, if you scan a bag of candy. If it applies, keep going. If it doesn’t, they can STILL buy it, but you gotta PAY for it! Like cash. Scan it, and total up everything. If it applies… certain items should have a special UPC on them.
