Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 cup bread crumbs - 2 eggs - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1 cup macaroni noodles, cooked - 1 cup milk - 1 cup ketchup - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. 3. Top with cooked macaroni noodles and shredded cheddar cheese. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together milk and ketchup. Pour over the top of the casserole. 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through. 6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
