Sometimes even with luxuries and money you can afford when you downsize and be realistic matching normal people you are showing you can adjust to anything in life and that takes simplicity and niceness and not every billionaire can do it. Nice Elon was able to show the world he could be simple and humble being the richest man. Humbleness over lavishness is a great virtue not everyone has.

He has a very, very large mansion in Westlake Hills, Tx. (Austin proper) where his neighbors complain about him continually. Two or 3 of his baby mommas live in houses close by (5 or 10 minute walk ) His HOA complains too, as he never follows certain ordinances.
