I'm looking for a DTPA ATTORNEY TO HELP IN TAKING MY CASE IN FIGHT ANCIRA PARTNER CHEVROLET GMC FOR DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM IN JANUARY 4,2025 DIDN'T START MAKING PAYMENTS UNTIL FEBRUARY 4,2025. MY CHEVROLET MALIBU LT ONLY HAD 62,000 MILES WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR. I TOOK IT IN TO the same dealership Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC service department for the first routine oil change. 51/3 months later my breaks harden up and my check engine light illuminated. I went to go look under the hood with my brother to see if coolant level was alright to discover a PVC hose coming from the external engine had been broken and concealed with a rubber sleeve glued around it. I called the Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC and was directed to speak to the service manager. He had asked me how do I know that we broke the hose I told him that I just bought the car and they were the only ones under the hood for a routine oil change. He than told me to wait and went to the back , when he came back to talk he admitted that one of the technician broke the hose, that the would replace the PVC hose but will not fix the hard breaks it caused and the engine codes behind the broken PVC hose. I even tried to trade the car back to them to be told it was only worth 9,000 . I turned them in to the attorney general and Jeffrey general manager lied on a sworn statement. he said that they replaced the hose. yet it's another shade tree job, he said they didn't use no Glue yet there is glue on the very same hose they concealed to me. please point me into the right direction.
